School bus overturns in North Carolina; 9 hurt but not seriously

MORGANTON, N.C., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- A school bus overturned on a two-lane road in North Carolina's Burke County Monday, injuring eight elementary school pupils and the driver, officials said.

The injuries weren't serious ,The Charlotte (N.C.) Observer reported.

The bus crashed near N.C. 126 as it headed to Oak Hill Elementary School.

The cause of the crash had not been determined.
