CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Massachusetts prosecutors said they want a warrant for accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev so he can be arraigned for killing a police officer.
Tsarnaev, 20, of Cambridge was indicted by a Middlesex County grand jury in June in the murder of Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus officer Sean Collier April 18 and also faces charges for allegedly attacking Watertown, Mass., police officers in a shootout in the early morning hours of April 19, The Boston Globe reported Monday.
