The school already faces a $380 million sex-abuse lawsuit brought by 34 former students, the New York Post said Tuesday.
Kevin Mulhearn, attorney for the plaintiffs, filed papers in Manhattan federal court saying he recently received telephone calls from two other former students who are not yet a part of the litigation.
One unidentified caller claims Rabbi Macy Gordon, accused in the suit of sodomizing a victim with a toothbrush in 1980, attempted to pin him down and rub toothpaste on his penis in 1955, Mulhearn wrote in the filing. The second former student, also unidentified, alleges another staffer charged in the suit, George Finklestein, repeatedly used a master key to enter dorm rooms in the 1980s and accost students.
The two former students say they complained to school authorities but were ignored, Mulhearn wrote.
