President Obama's weekend schedule, Sept. 21-22

WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will attend Sunday's Washington Navy Yard memorial, the White House said.

Obama's weekend schedule indicates he and the first lady also will visit with families of the victims of Monday's horrific shooting.

The weekend schedule also indicates Obama will:

-- deliver remarks at the CBC Foundation annual Phoenix Awards Dinner at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington Saturday. The first lady also will attend.

-- deliver remarks at the memorial for Washington Navy Yard shooting victims.
