Pasadena City College 'porn professor' tells of sex with students

PASADENA, Calif., Sept. 6 (UPI) -- A California college said it would investigate comments by Professor Hugo Schwyzer, who taught a pornography class, about sex he had with students.

Schwyzer, who has invited porn stars to speak to students at Pasadena City College where he teaches, told of his actions on his blog Thursday, the Pasadena Star-News reported.

The professor, who taught a class titled "Navigating Porn" last semester, admitted having sex with students as recently as 2011, the newspaper said.

"Until recently, I maintained that I had stopped having sex with students enrolled in my classes in 1998," he wrote. "That is not true; I started sleeping with students again in 2008, well before my psychiatric breakdown of earlier this year.

His comments came after a former student wrote in a blog post that she had sex with Schwyzer in his campus office in 2008.

The woman wrote that she knew of at least one other student who was also sexually involved with him, the Star-News reported.

PCC officials said the college would act swiftly and hold the professor accountable for his actions.
