Obama wants more transparency in surveillance

WASHINGTON, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama told reporters at the White House Friday he is ordering steps to make national security surveillance more transparent.

Obama said he would work with Congress to get significant reforms to the Patriot Act.
