Obama schedule for Thursday, July 11

WASHINGTON, July 11 (UPI) -- President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden meet with Chinese leaders during the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue Thursday, the White House said.

The daily schedule indicated Obama will:

-- Receive, along with Biden, the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.

-- Meet with Biden, and Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., to discuss immigration reform.

-- Meet with the 1963 Loyola University of Chicago Ramblers championship basketball team in the Oval Office to honor the 50th anniversary of the Ramblers championship title and recognize the role the Ramblers played in breaking down racial barriers.

-- Meet with Biden and Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and State Councilor Yang Jiechi in the Oval Office on the margins of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue.

-- Participate in a Democratic National Committee event at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington.
