MEDFORD, Ore., July 8 (UPI) -- A Delta Air Lines flight to Salt Lake City returned to Medford, Ore., making an emergency landing Monday after smoke was observed, an airport official said.

Bern Case of Medford's Rogue Valley International Airport said the plane returned after smoke was seen on board.

Flight 4674, with 75 passengers and four crew members, took off from Medford at 6:15 a.m. and made the emergency landing 10 minutes later. All aboard were evacuated on the taxiway, and there were no reports of injuries, KTVL-TV, Medford, reported.

The plane, a CRJ 900 jet, is operated by Sky West, a Delta connector airline, KATU-TV, Portland, said.

Investigators are looking into what caused the smoke, and if there was any damage to the plane.
