Woman indicted, says diet pills made her unaware of child sex videos

SPRINGBORO, Ohio, July 1 (UPI) -- An Ohio woman who told police diet pills made her unaware she was carrying sex videos on her cellphone was indicted Monday.

Tanai Fortman, 32, of Springboro was charged with four counts of rape, four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and four counts of gross sexual imposition, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said.

Police were contacted by the woman's boyfriend after he discovered videos on her cellphone of her and a child, 4, engaging in sex, WXIX-TV, Cincinnati, reported.

Fortman told police she worked for an "online sexting company" and did not remember the videos because she was unconscious from taking diet supplements while they were made.

She was arrested in June, the Dayton Daily News reported.
