WASHINGTON, July 1 (UPI) -- President Obama and the first family leave South Africa for Tanzania, the final stop on their African trip, the White House said Monday.
The daily schedule indicated Obama will:
-- Leave, with the first family, Cape Town, South Africa, and travel to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where they will be greeted by President Jakaya Kikwete and first lady Salma Kikwete,
-- Visit, with first lady Michelle Obama, the State House of the United Republic of Tanzania for an official arrival ceremony hosted by President Jakaya Kikwete and first lady Salma Kikwete.
-- Have meetings with President Kikwete.
-- Hold a joint news conference with Kikwete at the State House.
-- Join Kikwete for a tree-planting ceremony outside the State House.
-- Participate in a chief executive officers' roundtable before speaking at a business forum.
-- Attend, with the first lady, an official dinner with Kikwete at the State House.
-- Remain overnight in Dar es Salaam.
