WILLOW GROVE, Pa., June 24 (UPI) -- A Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged for allegedly fatally shooting a New Jersey man he met on Craigslist, police said.

Thomas W. Coffee Jr., 23, of Willow Grove, Pa., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of the shooting-death of 27-year-old Daniel Cooke, of Williamstown, N.J., Friday, the Philadelphia Daily News reported.

Police said two of Cooke's friends told them they accompanied the victim to respond to a Craigslist ad advertising an all-terrain vehicle for sale.

The friends said Cooke got out of the car and talked with the seller for a while, before he and the suspect walked down the street and out of sight, police said.

A short while later, Cooke's friends heard two gunshots.

Police found Cooke with a gunshot wound to the face. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Coffee, who has a number of run-ins with the law dating to 2007, was arrested and charged with murder and related offenses
