CORONA, Calif., June 21 (UPI) -- Police in Corona, Calif., said they arrested a high school teacher who was accused of having sex with multiple students under the age of 18 on school grounds.
Summer Michelle Hansen, 31, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of multiple counts of engaging in unlawful sex with a minor and oral copulation of a minor, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The Corona Police Department said it was notified of the allegations Tuesday by the Corona-Norco Unified School District.
Police carried out two search warrants Thursday, one in the city of Corona and one in the county of Riverside, before arresting Hansen, police said.
Hansen was placed on leave, said Corona-Norco chool District assistant superintendent Tom Pike.
