The 18-year veteran of the porn industry, whose real name is Jesse Spencer, received a 30-day jail sentence, 36 months' probation and 15 days of community labor Tuesday from Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Catherine Ewell after pleading no contest to one count of exposing another to a communicable disease, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
"I've asked everyone in the office, and we've never had a case like this,' said Deputy City Attorney Diego Edber.
Edber said Spencer, 42, tested positive for syphilis twice in 2012, and continued his film career. Edber added no actress contracted the disease after working with Spencer.
Authorities said Spencer provided a film producer an altered photocopy of his test results before shooting.
