Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov became friends with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Tsarnaev allegedly carried out the bombing with his brother, Tamerlan, 26, who was killed during a police pursuit.
Tsarnaev allegedly got his friends to remove items from his dorm room at UMass, including a laptop and fireworks.
