WASHINGTON, April 30 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama said Tuesday healthcare reform has made medical insurance more secure for those already covered.

At a White House news conference, Obama said he understands people are skeptical because not all aspects of the law have been implemented.

He said all the implementation issues coming up are related to people who don't currently have health insurance or those who are in the individual market and paying exorbitant rates.

"The challenge is setting up ... an online marketplace ... that's still a big complicated piece of business," he said.
