Pritzker, who is currently being vetted by the White House as a candidate for commerce secretary, gave a total of $500,000 to the inauguration, the Chicago Tribune said.
Boeing gave $1 million. A company spokesman would not comment on the donation.
The Tribune said Obama's inaugural committee raised more than $43 million, while $53 million was raised in 2009 for his first inauguration.
This year's inaugural committee, unlike the body in 2009, accepted corporate donations, the Tribune reported, and campaign finance reform advocates strongly criticized the decision.
The 2013 committee also allowed individual donations to exceed $50,000, unlike four years ago.
The biggest donation overall came from AT&T, which gave $4.6 million in equipment and other services. Microsoft gave nearly $2.1 million in technology services, and Chevron donated $1 million.
The donation report was filed with the Federal Commission Saturday, three months after the event, the Tribune said.
