Burning eyes reported after handling envelope

BELOIT, Wis., April 17 (UPI) -- Several people underwent decontamination Wednesday following complaints of burning eyes and irritation after handling an envelope in Beloit, Wis.

WKOW, Madison, said police have a suspect in the case.

Seven people at the Eclipse Center shopping area underwent decontamination and were taken to Beloit Area Community Health Center for further testing after three people said they experienced burning eyes after handling an envelope with a white powder on it.
