Colorado police hunt for fugitive

DENVER, April 8 (UPI) -- A 24-year-old prisoner escaped the Denver County Jail Sunday night and was believed to be armed and dangerous, law enforcement officials said.

Police radio transmissions indicated the suspect, Felix Trujillo, donned a sheriff's deputy uniform and walked out of the jail about 7 p.m. A department release on the incident said the suspect "may be armed and should be considered extremely dangerous."
