Three dead in St. Paul, Minn., slaying

ST. PAUL, Minn., March 25 (UPI) -- Three people were found dead after a dispute in Minnesota's capital city of St. Paul, but police said they were not pursuing suspects.

Police Sgt. Paul Paulos said officers found the bodies of two men and one woman when they were called to a duplex apartment Sunday afternoon, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported Monday.

Paulos didn't elaborate on whether it was a double homicide-suicide.

He said two of the victims were a married couple and the other man was related to the woman.

Police radio traffic indicated a dispatcher said "somebody with an extreme language barrier" reported "the husband was killing the wife," the Pioneer Press said. Police reported a possible stabbing victim, then said "two more down."

Several children were in the home at the time of the incident. They were placed in the care of relatives, Paulos said.
