A woman and a man suffered broken ribs, and a cook working inside the stand suffered grease burns from the impact. Two other people received minor injuries, the Austin American-Statesman reported.

Police were investigating whether the incident was linked to a disturbance at a North Lamar taco stand shortly before the crash, the newspaper said.
