James W. Frost, now 23, is serving 40 years in prison after being convicted of raping four women, several at gunpoint, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch said Monday. All the attacks took place in 2006, police said. The most recent attack to come to light when Frost abducted a woman in her 20s near her Clayton, Mo., home, outside St. Louis on Feb. 11, 2006. He abducted the woman at gunpoint and raped her and forced her to perform oral sex on him.
"This girl was doing nothing wrong," said Assistant Prosecuting Attorney John Quarenghi on Monday. "She was walking down the street."
Frost won't serve any additional time in prison for the attack. A judge ruled a 30-year sentence on the most recent conviction will run concurrent with the 40-year sentence Frost received for the other attacks.
