PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Emergency personnel treated a passenger apparently hit by shattered glass after two bullets struck a bus in West Philadelphia Monday, officials said.

SEPTA spokeswoman Heather Redfern said it was not clear if the vehicle was the intended target, noting that police told transit officials other vehicles in the area were hit by bullets, Philly.com reported.
