NEW YORK, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Morgan Gliedman, the "Bomb Mom" arrested for possession of terrorism materials, won overnight visitation with her newborn child, a New York court ruled.

Gliedman, 27, who was arrested in December with her boyfriend Aaron Greene, 31, after police found a cache of suspected terrorism instructions, weapons and bomb-making materials in their Manhattan apartment, was granted supervised visitation rights to see daughter Melody Sunshine in by Judge Susan Knipps in Manhattan Family Court Friday, the New York Post reported Monday.

Prior to the ruling Gliedman was only allowed to see her baby, cared for by Gliedman's parents, during the day.

Greene had been expected to arrive at the hearing from jail to fight for paternity of the baby, but was not present because of a bureaucratic issue, the newspaper said.

"He's not a legal father as far as we're concerned," a lawyer for the city's Administration for Children's Services said in court last week, the newspaper noting Greene never married Gliedman and his name is not on the child's birth certificate.
