Woman, 19, held in kidnapping of girl, 5

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Police said a 19-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a girl, 5, who was taken from her school in Philadelphia last month.

The Philadelphia Inquirer said Christina Regusters would be charged with kidnapping, rape, conspiracy and aggravated assault.

Regusters worked at an after-school program the victim attended at Bryant Elementary and allegedly dressed herself in full-length, face-covering Muslim clothing to pose as the girl's mother and pick her up from school, the report said.

The day after she disappeared, the girl was found half-clothed at a playground, investigators said Thursday.

The 5-year-old showed police the home where she was taken.

Police said they were questioning three other people in the case.
