NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- A second man has been arrested in the shooting of four people during weekend Mardi Gras celebrations, New Orleans police say.
Brandon Brown, 22, of Marrero, turned himself in to police Tuesday afternoon and was booked on four counts of attempted first-degree murder, The (New Orleans) Times-Picayune reported Wednesday.
Deron Bridgewater, 23, also of Marrero, turned himself in Monday, police said.
A third person of interest is being sought.
Bridgewater and two other men are believed by police to have been involved in an argument with an 18-year-old man outside a Bourbon Street strip club Saturday that ended with four people being shot.
Three of the four wounded have been released from the hospital. The 18-year-old, who police believe was the intended target of the shooting, remains hospitalized in stable condition.
