Aska allegedly threw Freddy Martin, 9, off the roof of their apartment building in the Bronx Feb. 1. Martin fell five stories to the ground, the Daily News newspaper in New York reported.

He identified his attacker on the way to the hospital, the report said.

"Cas dragged me to the roof and threw me off -- I don't know why," he said, court documents indicated.

Martin is in a medically induced coma on life support, the Daily News said.

Aska is being held without bail.
