Small earthquake shakes Fort Worth homes

FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- A small earthquake in north Texas shook homes and unsettled residents in the towns of Euless, Irving and northeastern Fort Worth, officials said.

The magnitude 3.0 earthquake occurred about 10 miles below the surface about 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, CBS in Dallas/Fort Worth reported.

No injuries or damage to nearby businesses were reported, CBS said.
