WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Former Green Party presidential candidate Ralph Nader says he wasn't impressed by President Obama's first four years and isn't optimistic about his second term.

Speaking Sunday night before Obama's public inauguration Monday, Nader called the swearing in "another rendition of bulls ...," Politico reported Sunday.

The president begins his second term "full of promises that he intends to break just like he did in 2009," said Nader, who gained famed in the 1960s and '70s as a consumer advocate.

Nader charged many of the programs Obama instituted in his term were failures and broken promises, from not raising the minimum wage, to escalations in drone attacks, to failing to "be tough on Wall Street."

He added the president's gun control package doesn't go far enough. Nader said Obama should "sensitize" people to violent video games, calling their manufacturers "electronic child molesters."

Nader made his comments at the Busboys and Poets' Peace Ball in Washington.
