WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- President Obama signs a resolution that extends Permanent Normal Trade Relations to Russia and Moldova Friday, the White House said.
The daily schedule indicates Obama will:
-- Receive, with Vice President Joe Biden, the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.
-- Sign H.R. 6156, which authorizes the president to extend trade relations with Russia and Moldova, and also sanctions people who are responsible for gross violations of human rights in Russia.
-- Meet with Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
