SAN DIEGO, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- A 6.3-magnitude Pacific earthquake shook Southern California early Friday, seismologists said. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
The quake, centered about 88 miles southwest of Santa Catalina Island, was followed by two aftershocks of magnitude-4 or larger, KNBC-TV, Los Angeles, reported.
Some Southern California residents reported feeling some shaking during the earthquake.
