CLEVELAND, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- An Ohio grand jury indicted a mother on aggravated murder and multiple other charges for the death of her 3-year-old son.

Camilia Terry, 20, of Cleveland at first reported her son, Emilliano, missing Nov. 25 but then was arrested when she allegedly changed her story and the FBI discovered his body in garbage bags that had been picked up from a trash bin near her home, The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported.

A Cuyahoga County grand jury Tuesday charged Terry with two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, two counts of child endangerment, one count of felonious assault, one count of tampering with evidence, one count of making false alarms and one count of gross abuse of a corpse.

Terry, a former foster child who was in the custody of the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services from 2009 until February, has two other sons, ages 5 and 5 months. The boys were put in the department's custody after Terry was arrested.
