DETROIT, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Detroit police said they are investigating the shooting deaths of a woman and three men, all apparently in their 20s, in a home on the city's east side.
Police are still seeking suspects, The Detroit News reported Wednesday.
Janetta Harris, 22, and Jason Koester, 28, were among those killed Tuesday evening, the Detroit Free Press said.
The home was owned by Harris' father, family members said. Koester was a tenant in the building, his sister said.
Investigators are trying to determine a motive for the shootings, Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens said, noting she could not confirm reports robbers, posing as police officers, shot the four in a robbery attempt.
A neighbor, Elodia Ortiz, said police told her "it was a fake police home invasion," the newspaper reported.
