WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec. 4 (UPI) -- A couple is facing criminal charges after allegedly leaving two children, ages 7 and 10, in a West Palm Beach, Fla., restaurant, police said.

Amanda Marsh, 28, and her live-in boyfriend Perry Buesking, 44, were jailed Saturday on charges of neglecting a child, disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest, jail records show.

They left the B.B. King's Restaurant and Blues Club and walked to a parking garage, leaving behind Marsh's two sons, and after a restaurant employee brought the boys to the couple, Marsh denied being their mother, a West Palm Beach Police probable cause affidavit said.

The boys, who were unharmed, told police they had been living in a van or in motels since October, when Buesking removed from school in Arizona, the couple sold their property and the four began a "road trip," the affidavit said.

Marsh had been previously arrested in Arizona and Florida on charges including driving under the influence, domestic battery and displaying another's driver's license, the Palm Beach Post reported Tuesday.
