Fire breaks out on taxiing JetBlue plane

BALTIMORE, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A small fire broke out in an engine on a JetBlue plane as it taxied at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Wednesday, the airline said.

The incident involving JetBlue Flight 1329 occurred shortly before 11:30 a.m. EST, The Washington Post reported. The plane had arrived from Boston.

The newspaper said flames broke out in the engine's tailpipe. Airport firefighters put out the fire with foam.

Airport spokesman Jonathan Dean said there were no injuries and the incident didn't cause any flight delays.
