KC bus crash injures several riders

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Several people, including two children, were injured when a Kansas City, Mo., transit bus crashed Tuesday.

The Kansas City Star reported the accident took place at 7:45 a.m. and was originally thought to only have injured one person. When emergency personnel arrived they identified several people and a total of six ambulances were called to the scene, though the precise number of injured wasn't immediately clear. Those hurt included two children.

None of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening, the Star said. The accident's cause was unknown.
