Police forced her vehicle to a stop, forcing the woman to turn her vehicle sideways. Neither she nor the small child were injured.

Sgt. Trent Crump of the Phoenix Police Department said officers arrested the woman.

The incident disrupted operations at the airport for about 15 minutes as police investigated, though no inbound or outbound flights were in danger, Fox News reported.
