WELLS, Maine, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- A Maine Zumba instructor charged with prostitution was accused by her son's father of posing for "inappropriate" pictures with her son naked, court papers show.
Alexis Wright, 29, is accused of prostituting herself and secretly recording her encounters, the Portland (Maine) Press Herald reported.
Wright has pleaded not guilty to the 106 counts against her, most of which are for prostitution and invasion of privacy, but also three felonies related to taxes and illegally receiving public assistance benefits.
The father of her 7-year-old son is seeking a civil protection order and full custody of the boy over the "inappropriate pictures," WCVB-TV, Boston, reported.
"My son appeared naked covered from the waist down with only a sheet. Alexis was fully naked," Hopkins said in the complaint. Hopkins said he was not shown the pictures.
Neither Wright nor Hopkins appeared for a hearing on the claim Wednesday and a York District Court judge dismissed the matter.
However, in Hopkins' complaint, filed late last month, the father alleged the child was living in an "extremely dangerous situation" with Wright. He cited media coverage of the case against Wright and the fact that Wright's address in Wells has been made public.
