BOZEMAN, Mont., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- A captive grizzly bear fatally mauled a man at a facility near Bozeman, Mont., Sunday, authorities said.

The 24-year-old man, whose name was not released, apparently was cleaning out an enclosure at Animals of Montana when one or both of the captive-bred grizzlies kept at the facility attacked him, TV station KAJ, Kalispell, reported.

Gallatin County sheriff's deputies, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks game wardens and the Bridger Canyon Fire Department responded to the incident northeast of Bridger Bowl.
