CINCINNATI, Oct. 22 (UPI) -- A judge sentenced an Ohio teenager involved in a massive marijuana ring to six months in a juvenile detention facility.

Tyler Pagenstecher was 17 when investigators fingered him as the primary source of marijuana sales at Mason High School in suburban Cincinnati. Investigators said he was selling as much as $20,000 a month worth of the drug to classmates, The Cincinnati Enquirer reported Monday.

Pagenstecher, who was not charged as an adult, pleaded guilty to one felony count of drug trafficking in July.

A Warren County grand jury indicted seven adults in the drug ring after police seized $3 million worth of pot plants being grown in a furniture warehouse.
