CASSELBERRY, Fla., Oct. 18 (UPI) -- A gunman opened fire in a Casselberry, Fla., salon, killing three women, injuring a fourth, then fleeing and killing himself, police said.

Police said Bradford Baumet, 36, critically wounded ex-girlfriend Marcia Santiago, manager of the Dominicanas M&M Salon, who had filed domestic violence complaints against Baumet, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

The dead were identified as salon owner Eugenia Marte, pregnant employee Noelia Gonzalez-Brito and customer Gladys Cabrera, the Sentinel said.

The shooting came barely two hours before Santiago and Baumet were due in court for a hearing on the domestic violence complaint.

After the shooting, Baumet went to a friend's house nearby and shot himself, Seminole County Sheriff's spokeswoman Heather Smith said.

"Mi nina, mi nina [my daughter, my daughter]," Marte's mother Josefa Herrera screamed in the parking lot outside the salon. "She was my only girl. If God had been the one to take her, I could accept it, but no!"

She said she had warned Marte and Santiago to be careful of Baumet, the Sentinel said.
