LYNCHBURG, Va., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan campaigns in Virginia Tuesday, his office said.

Ryan will attend rallies at Automated Conveyor Systems in Lynchburg and Celebrate Virginia Live in Fredericksburg.

Vice President Joe Biden will travel to Penn Valley, Pa., to attend funeral services for former Sen. Arlen Specter.
