ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Lawyers for a woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation agreed Thursday not to mention Anthony's trial on charges she murdered her daughter.

Zenaida Gonzalez charges Anthony defamed her by using her name when she told police a babysitter had disappeared with her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony. Anthony, who has been living in hiding since her acquittal, has been subpoenaed to appear at the trial, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

At a hearing Thursday, Gonzalez' lawyers agreed generally there will be no need to bring up the criminal trial. But they still can do so, if the judge allows it, to impeach the credibility of witnesses.

Gonzalez did not know Anthony. But she came under suspicion after Anthony's mother reported Caylee missing and Anthony said a woman of that name had been caring for the toddler and had vanished with her.

Caylee's skeletal remains were found months later near her grandparents' home in Orlando.
