PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- A 10-year-old boy from West Philadelphia stole a truck, drove it a block and smashed it into five parked cars before he was caught by neighbors, police said.
The owner of the truck was unloading furniture at a building Sunday evening when the boy got the keys from the vehicle's back door and started driving, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
The truck struck the cars before the neighbor stopped the child, police spokeswoman Christine O'Brien said.
No one was injured, she said.
The boy faces auto theft and other charges.
