2 life sentences in shooting rampage

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- A woman convicted this month of killing two fellow employees in a Philadelphia food processing plant was sentenced to two life sentences without parole.

Yvonne Hiller, 45, of Crescentville, Pa., was sentenced Monday after she was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder in a Sept. 9, 2010 incident at a Kraft Foods plant in northeastern Philadelphia where she worked.

Under the delusional belief she was being sprayed by co-workers with deer urine and other chemicals, she was escorted from the facility but returned with a handgun, the Philadelphia Daily News said.

At close range she fatally shot LaTonya Brown, 36, and Tanya Wilson, 47, as well as injuring Bryant Dalton, 41. She also shot at other employees and two police officers before she was apprehended, the Daily News reported Tuesday.
