The Broward Sheriff's Office said Gold met with an undercover deputy Tuesday and agreed to deliver 90 vials of steroids for $3,150.

After meeting with the deputy, Gold called Neal, who arrived with a box of steroid vials, police said. Neal placed the box on his car and then noticed a deputy conducting surveillance, police alleged.

Neal warned Gold and the two walked away, leaving the steroids on top of Neal's car, officials said.

Both suspects were arrested.

Gold was ordered held on $15,000 bond; Neal, who had previously been convicted on drug charges, was ordered held on $174,000 bond.
