Dad who drowned sons gets death penalty

BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 19 (UPI) -- A man accused of calling in a campus-clearing bomb threat at Louisiana State University has been arrested, a school spokeswoman said Wednesday.
William Bouvay Jr. 42, of Baton Rouge, admitted to school police he phoned in the threat, LSU Police Capt. Cory Lalonde said. Bouvay was charged with communication of false information of a planned bombing on school property, Lalonde said.
Bouvay is accused of calling in the threat Monday morning, The (Baton Rouge) Advocate reported Wednesday, allegedly telling the school, "Yes, I planted three bombs in LSU's campus. My colleagues planted three bombs at LSU to go off in any ... ." The caller did not finish the sentence.
Lalonde said Bouvay is not an LSU student.
