Biden's and Ryan's schedules for Sept. 19

WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will attend a rally in Danville, Va., Wednesday, his campaign office said.

The rally will be at Piedmont Precision Machine.

Vice President Joe Biden will be at the White House Wednesday, his office said.

In the morning, Biden will meet with attorneys from national law firms to discuss the importance of pro bono legal work.

President Obama and Biden will receive the presidential briefing.

Obama and Biden also will meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Later in the afternoon, Obama and Biden will meet for lunch.

In the evening, Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, will host a reception with emerging leaders of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community at the Naval Observatory.
