Brad Pitt indirectly slams marriage to Jennifer Aniston: 'I had an epiphany'

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Sept. 9 (UPI) -- A Kentucky judge refused to lower the bond for a former doctor accused of shooting two people at a meeting of his neighborhood homeowners association.
Mahmoud Hindi remained jailed on $1 million bond this weekend after pleading innocent to the charges at a Saturday hearing.
Hindi is charged in Jefferson County with murder and assault in the shooting, which left one of his neighbors dead and another in critical condition.
The Louisville (Ky.) Courier-Journal said Hindi allegedly was involved in a dispute with the HOA over a fence he had built.
The newspaper said Hindi had practiced nuclear medicine but had surrendered his license due to an unspecified medical problem.
