O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend says he threatened her, compared her to Nicole
HONOLULU, Aug. 31 (UPI) -- A tsunami watch posted for Hawaii was canceled Friday, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.
"Based on all available data there is no destructive tsunami threat to the state of Hawaii," the center said.
A watch had been issued for the islands after a 7.9-magnitude earthquake in the Philippines early in the day, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported.
