Neighbors complain of smell, San Francisco bacon restaurant shut down

RENSSELAER, Ind., Aug. 18 (UPI) -- One person was killed and another nine injured Saturday in three separate crashes caused by fog and smoke on I-65 in Indiana, police said.
At least 20 vehicles were involved in the crashes around 7 a.m., the Chicago Tribune reported.
One crash in the northbound lanes of I-65 near mile post 227 involved 12 vehicles, killing one person and injuring six others, Indiana State Police Sgt. Dan Leslie said.
A second crash involving six vehicles and a third crash involving two vehicles in the southbound lanes left three people with non-life-threatening injuries, the newspaper said.
